Telltale Games and PM Studios have revealed that The Wolf Among Us Remastered will arrive on October 29, 2026, featuring upgraded visuals and a new black-and-white Noir Mode. Telltale Games and co-publisher PM Studios have officially announced that The Wolf Among Us Remastered will launch digitally on October 29, 2026. The definitive edition of the acclaimed 2013 narrative adventure is coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. A Modern Makeover for Fabletown Based on Bill Willingham's award-winning DC/Vertigo comic book series Fables, The Wolf Among Us places players in the shoes of Bigby Wolf, the Sheriff of Fabletown tasked with maintaining order among fairy tale characters living incognito in 1980s Manhattan. When a brutal murder occurs, Bigby is drawn into a dark conspiracy filled with moral dilemmas, tense investigations, and consequential dialogue choices. The remastered edition collects all five original episodes—Faith, Smoke & Mirrors, A Crooked Mile, In Sheep's Clothing, and Cry Wolf—while rebuilding technical foundations for modern hardware. Upgrades include enhanced character models, refined environments, improved animations, remastered audio, higher resolutions, and modernized UI and accessibility options. Introducing Noir Mode and Archival Extras Alongside the release date, Telltale revealed an all-new feature tailored for detective fiction enthusiasts: Noir Mode. This presentation option renders the entirety of the game in high-contrast black and white, leaning into classic detective film aesthetics. In addition to visual enhancements and the monochrome mode, the package includes over an hour of behind-the-scenes bonus content, featuring developer and cast interviews, production galleries, and previously unreleased deleted scenes.
