Ten Percent Increase Expected in August Reports indicate that AMD has notified manufacturers of a price increase of at least 10 percent across its products, taking effect at the beginning of August. The announcement comes shortly after reports indicated Nvidia would bump graphics card and component prices by 20 to 30 percent, with Samsung reportedly raising memory unit prices by similar amounts.
